Carolyn Crowley is an accomplished healthcare leader with more than a decade of experience at Hôpital Montfort. Trained as a registered nurse and holding a Master of Science in Nursing, she has built a career marked by her commitment to patient-centered care and operational excellence. In her role as Associate Vice-President, Patient Care and Social Accountability, she collaborates with the senior leadership team to advance organizational priorities that include initiatives aimed at ensuring the provision of culturally appropriate care and improving equity in service delivery. Carolyn has also had oversight of perioperative services since 2021, where she first began working on initiatives aimed at reducing the organization’s carbon footprint.
